How to buy?

STEP 1: SEARCH AND CHOOSE FAVORITE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE

– You can search for products in 2 ways:

1. Type the product name or code in the search bar

2. Search by product category on the menu bar (Men, Women, Children, Collection, …)

– After searching and choosing the right product for you, please go to the product detail page to view the goods. Here, the customer chooses the Color, Size and Quantity of the product they want to buy and chooses to buy the product by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button.

– After clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button, the customer can choose “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or “PAY NOW”

– After the customer has selected enough new products to buy, please click on the cart icon on the right corner of the screen, then the shopping cart information window will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. Customers can choose to add/reduce the number of products here and select “ORDER” to place an online order.

STEP 2: PROCEED ONLINE ORDER AND PAYMENT

On the payment page, customers should note to fill in the required information for the order:

– For customers who already have an account, please login with an existing account before placing an order.

II. SHIPPING METHODS
Free shipping in the inner city of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and free shipping in the remaining areas with orders from 500,000 VND.

For orders with a value of less than 500,000 VND, ONOFF applies a regional delivery fee schedule. Refer to Shipping

III. PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose 1 of 2 available payment methods:

1. Payment on receipt of goods in cash (COD).

2. Pay when ordering with domestic ATM cards, Visa, Master, JCB and QR code via VNPAY electronic plus

STEP 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION

– After completing the online purchase process on the ONOFF website, please check the Order Confirmation email with detailed information about the order that the customer has placed before.
